- You can now take screenshots by pressing F11 when playing in fullscreen. The screenshots will be placed in a directory called "Screenshots".

- Rebalanced 5 advisor types. Traders now give compete chance, Theologians increase success of missionaries, Spymasters increase spy efficiency, Colonial Governors makes it more likely to place colonists, and Diplomats increase your badboy reduction.
- Rewrote tradition gains & losses, into two separate decay values, where tradition will now decay like prestige, with a percentage of current value each year.
- Tradition gain is now based on base force limit, instead of the one modified by ideas and sliders.
- Nationalism now is a gradual value and declines from +3 to 0 during the 30 years. However, it also sets its value as minimum for revolt risk.

- Movement is now cancelled properly if you do not have access when trying to enter a province.
- There is now a proper an elimination check at the end of battles as well.
- Cavalry now get doubled terrain penalty applied to them.
- Cavalry earlygame dominance tweaked down a fair bit.
- It is no longer possible to recruit cavalry mercenaries if you can't recruit any of your own.
- Adjusted unit values since archers etc don't get a fire value until later: western_longbow, east_asian_spearmen, eastern_bow, germanized_pike, indian_footsoldier, italian_condotta, japanese_archer, mamluk_archer, mamluk_cavalry_charge, mongol_bow, mongol_steppe, mongol_swarm, mongolian_bow, native_indian_archer, native_indian_horsemen, ottoman_azab, ottoman_janissary, ottoman_musellem, ottoman_spahi, ottoman_timariot, persian_cavalry_charge, shaybanid, slavic_stradioti

- Fixed loophole where you could build navies in non-cores
- Ships in combat can no longer load troops on them.

- Straits should now be properly blockable.
- Troops will no longer unload at the first waypoint.

- Leaders will now die if their units get eliminated by attrition.

- You can no longer end up in a personal union with someone you are at war with.

- Regency duration is now always at least three years.
- Inheriting someone no longer increases your badboy.

- Monarchs ascending after regencies no longer elected
- Junior partners in Unions no longer pay hidden vassal fees.
- Junior partners in a Union can no longer become major parts of a succession war.
- Union partners now automatically accept alliance calls when the other part is declared war upon.
- A lesser partner in a union or a vassalship will no longer accept nor offer peace if the "overlord" is still in the same war.
- If target of a succession war is removed from a war, then the war no longer is defined as a succession war.
- Inheriting countries at war should no longer be possible.
- Can no longer demand union if not leading the alliance in the succession war.
- The game now keeps track of separate inauguration-dates for a ruler in a Union.
- The emperor can no longer be inherited.

- Religious governments will no longer get females in charge.
- Missionaries will not fail and create a revolt if province is already target religion when missionary is finished.
- Religions no longer give missionaries, you need correct policy sliders and/or Divine Supremacy to get missionaries.
- Theocracies no longer persist when created as vassals.
- Stability cost modifier from religion is now adapted properly on a province basis.

- If you start at war, you now also start with trade refusals with those targets.
- Blockades now affect warscore.
- Warsubsidies now only lasts while target country is at war.
- Maximum Warexhaustion is now increased by 2 during war taxes, besides just increasing the actual value by 1 at the start.
- There is no longer stability hits for being forced into a succession war.
- Wars created from events no longer cause stability hits.
- Defender of the Faith is now cleared properly when a war ends badly.
- It is no longer possible to demand both cessation and release of the same province in the same peace proposal.
- Relations now improve with anyone who you get released as a vassal.

- CB status is now properly refreshed immediately after getting a core.
- CB's should now be refreshed properly when a vassal is released.
- Warnings and guarantees now expire after 20 years.
- You can no longer sell your capital
- Defender of faith, Elector and Emperor status is now preserved when a country changes name to become another country.
- Halved the cost for releasing a country in peace negotiations.
- Capped the time bonus for annexation.
- It is no longer possible to diplomatic annex a country of another religious group.
- Calling allies no longer uses up diplomats.

- Base costs for placing a colonist has been dropped from 50 to 20.
- Colonies growing to city by natural growth now assimilates natives properly.
- Culture now reverts to the natives original if the colony is burned.
- Tropical modifier is now properly applied to colonisation chances.
- Countries with capital in a tropical province now always ignore tropical modifiers.

- Demands for slaves now depend on the amount of plantation types in the game.
- Distance to CoT is now a negative modifier to the trade allocation logic.
- Inflation from gold is now applied properly.
- Merchants enroute from nations embargoed by owned of a CoT automatically fail when they arrive now.
- Merchants embargoed by the controller of the province a CoT is in, is now much more likely to be competed out.
- Interest modifiers are now applied properly.
- Increased minimum demand on fish and grain to 0.5.
- Rewrote internal logics for foreign compete chance and when it is applied.

- Incite_against_merchant is now a capital only and country wide spy effect.
- There is now no penalty on spies for going free trade, merely a bonus when going mercantilist.
- Discovered spies no longer give casus belli, but reduce relations.
- Undiscovered spies will now not be given away by their shield
- Commissioning privateers now actually work.
- African and New World countries can no longer send privateers.

- Exploring now takes 3 times as long as normal movement.
- Conquistadors now use same logic as explorers for discovering adjacent provinces.
- Tweaked conquistador retreat logic slightly.
- It is now possible to just seize territories from pagans without a peace deal.

- Lucky countries get cheaper stability costs as well now.
- Events will no longer be possible to spam (ie, if already in a window, it cant trigger again while the window is open.)
- Election for emperor tweaked to take military power into account slightly.

- Alot of underlying code were rewritten to improve stability of the multiplayer experience.
- Version checks now include checking the eu3game.exe as well.
- The checksum is now calculated after the cache files are created, so you shouldn't get a different checksum first time you start a mod.
- Opening ingame menu no longer pause the game in multiplayer.
- Empty chatmessages will not be sent.
- Improved the congestion handling for the underlying MP protocol.

- The group numbers used for unit groups are now displayed in the outliner.
- Added a new type to the outliner to list enemy sieges.
- Friendly siege progress is now green, and hostile red.
- Outliner members now handles texts better
- The outliner- Combats renamed to Land Combat
- Colony level is now shown in the outliner.

* Sound Fixes
- Spy sounds now only played for spies you know about
- Added control for ambient sounds
- Sound can be disabled by setting master_volume to a negative value in the settings.txt file.
- Added sounds for sieges

* Message Changes
- Spy mission popups should now locate where the spy went
- Added messages for unit arrived, broken RM and broken PU (need messagesetting reset)
- Changed text in spy message from description to name
- Building finnished now have a gotobutton(message setting reset needed)
- Blockade incomes are now shown as scrolling text on map when they come.

- A nations relations to others can now be seen in diplomacyview
- The leader of a war now has an asterix beside his name in a diplomatic text
- If the negototiation is for the alliance or not can be seen in the firt peace screen

- Added an indication if a call for allies is for an offensive or defensive war.

- AI now weighs in their own military power properly when evaluating to join a war.
- A country released through peace terms will get a military alliance with the country demanding its release.
- AI now weighs in military alliances when declaring war.
- AI should now avoid the worst suicidal declarations of war.
- The AI will now use warnings on potential enemies.
- Tweaked AI alliance logic to be more likely for form Balance of Power alliances.
- AI now takes religion more into account for war targets.

- Fixed a problem with the AI where it would lose track of transport fleets at a reload.
- AI is now properly restricted from building ships as the human is.
- AI now takes techlevels into account a bit more in odds evaluation when moving troops.
- AI will now disbands it worst units first.
- Improved AI's understanding that it is not a terrible bright idea to watch with single regiments right through provinces containing big hostile armies.
- Tweaked AI for naval movement.
- The AI learned to not abort sieges of rebels alot of times.
- AI should be slightly less likely to wander back and forth with its units now.
- The AI learned a bit better how to identify where to put troops in presetups.
- The AI will now wait for garrison to recover slightly before going on.
- Improved AI's handling of when to attack.

- Fixed a bug in merchant AI. It can no longer cheat discoveris to send one.
- AI will now prefer to take empty slots in Centers of Trade if possible.
- AI will now consider some loans as acceptable
- AI now more likely to afford paying back loans
- AI will now always take wartaxes when economy is down.

- AI now sends spies to its enemies.
- AI got a bit better at evaluating its advisors.
- AI no longer swaps advisors constantly.

- When playing the game with a mod, all save-files will be read to and from that mods save games directory.

- Boundary dispute: decrease likelihood of triggering
- Bad harvest, Plague, Merchants harassed: not triggered by trade_efficiency/production_efficiency anymore
- Nobles demand increased pensions: reversed options
- Establish cantonments, Italian Engineer, Foreign Drill Instructor, Grant Nobles Aid, Foreign Trade Competition, Exceptional Court Painter: converted to country events
- Revolt: reduced the likelihood of revolts triggering for larger countries
- Bad harvest and New lands claimed - won't trigger as often
- Fortification Efforts: invalid trigger
- Bourgeoisie request privileges: invalid trigger
- Good harvest: added owner tag
- Increased the values of all production and trade efficiency triggers so that none is below 0.3
- Revision of all events: the Badboy trigger should be used as a percentage and inflation as an integer instead of percentage.
- Sales of offices: wrong modifier, should get reduced_taxes instead of tax_reduction.

- There is no prestige loss when leaving the Holy Roman Empire
- Tweaked the triggers for the start and end of the Peasants War, Liberalism and Revolution to make them a bit more important

* Static and triggered modifiers
- Reduced the trade_company benefits somewhat
- Religious_tolerance: decreases stability cost and increases missionary cost

- Ajusted the populaion of Fars and St. Helena
- Increased the taxbase and manpower in Själland and Skåne
- Removed Hainaut's cores on Holland and Zeeland
- Fyn and Jylland got a slight tax bonus.
- Increased Taxes at Gotland, Halland & Slevsig and reduced taxes in Bergenshus.
- English cores (1453-1475) on Normandie, Caux and Armagnac
- Changed Caux's culture from cosmopolitan_french to normand
- Added Finnish cores to Osterbotten, Finland, Nyland, Tavastland and Savolaks
- Added a Dutch core to Flores
- Spanish & Austrian core provinces gets a minor boost in tax value
- The Polish & French taxbases are slightly reduced
