Derzeit kursiert folgendes Gerücht: Matrix Games und Slitherine gehen zusammen! Es gibt aber bislang keine offizielle Bestätigung. Quelle hierfür ist offenbar folgende Meldung:

http://www.bluesnews.com/s/110041/slitherine-and-matrix-merge

z.B. die Field of Glory Serie

...mal schauen....

Erste Bestätigung durch Erik Rutins im Matrix-Forum:

Hi guys,

This news was supposed to go out on Monday along with an official press release, so we were a bit surprised to see it show up on Friday.

In any case, it is very good news. Both we and Slitherine have very complementary strengths. This will allow each of our companies to grow faster and do more than we could do on our own. We've been working on this for a while and there are skills, technologies and games that we will be sharing with each other which will make the whole greater than the sum of the parts. Nothing is changing as far as the titles we have under development or the kinds of games we make and all our developers are on board and excited.

Regarding the negative speculation, I guess it's natural that there will be some, but it has nothing to do with this merger.

Regards,

- Erik
